NOROW Models safety

The Client acknowledges that the Model’s health, safety, dignity, and well-being are always a top priority. The Client agrees to provide a safe, respectful, and professional working environment and to ensure that the Model is not placed in any physical, emotional, or reputational risk. Any special requirements, sensitive content, or unusual working conditions must be clearly disclosed to NOROW Models in advance. The Agency reserves the right to withdraw the Model or stop the booking immediately if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, and in such cases the full booking fee will remain payable.

Booking Confirmation & Down Payment

A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total agreed fee is received. The remaining 50% must be paid within 24 hours after the completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make the down payment may result in cancellation of the booking without liability to the Agency or the Model.

Meals and Beverages

For any booking lasting five (5) hours or more, the Client is required to provide the Model with adequate meals and non-alcoholic beverages during the booking period. Meals should be appropriate for a professional setting, and sufficient time must be allowed for the Model to eat. Ensuring proper nutrition and hydration is considered part of maintaining a safe and professional working environment.

Fees, Commission & Tax

All fees negotiated through NOROW Models represent the total Model fee. An agency commission of 25% will be deducted from the invoice total. All amounts are exclusive of 14% VAT and any other applicable taxes or duties, which must be paid in full by the Client.

Working Hours & Overtime

Daily/Hourly Rate: Booking fees are charged by the day or by the hour, or on an alternative basis as notified to the Client. An hour is any 60 (sixty) minute period. A half-day is 4 (four) consecutive hours or less. A full day is an 8 (eight) hour period and should include a one-hour break. Any time worked beyond the agreed booking period will be charged as overtime and must be approved in advance.

Usage & Image Rights

The booking fee covers the Model’s time and appearance only. Any use of the Model’s image, name, likeness, or recorded content for advertising, digital media, social media, print, or any other purpose must be agreed upon in writing. Additional fees apply depending on the duration, territory, and type of usage. Any use outside the agreed terms may result in extra charges or legal action. The Client may not use the Model’s likeness for AI generation, deepfakes, or any digital manipulation without prior written consent.

Travel & Accommodation

If the booking requires the Model to travel, the Client will cover reasonable travel expenses, accommodations, and meals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Changes

In the case of any cancellation, the booking fee will be charged and payable by the Client due to the booking schedule of the Models, which will affect both the Model and the Agency. In the rare case that the Model or Agency must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, NOROW will attempt to provide a suitable replacement. If no replacement is available, any paid fees will be refunded with no further liability.

Confidentiality

The Client and Model agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the booking, including project concepts, unreleased images, or campaign details.

Professional Conduct

The Client agrees to maintain professional conduct at all times. Harassment, disrespectful behavior, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct toward the Model will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
