NOROW is based in Egypt and was founded in 2022 by two models who have been in the field since 2016. Drawing from their international and local experience, they use their insight and wisdom to mentor and develop aspiring talents into confident, professional models.

Created to resolve the challenges and dilemmas models often face, NOROW bridges the gap between talent and opportunity. As both a booking and a mother agency, we represent models locally and internationally, ensuring personalized guidance and full attention every step of the way.

Beyond management, we also produce photoshoots and creative campaigns, giving our models a platform to shine while helping brands bring their visions to life.
